This is what happens when you turn your back. The boys think that McKenna is big enough to play with them. Carston doesn't understand that she can't yet.

Happy 2nd Birthday Carston!

We didn't do anything too fancy for Carstons birthday this year. I had Super Saturday on his birthday so we just got together on Sunday and had some pizza and cake and ice cream. Hopefully he doesn't get the shaft every year with his and McKenna's birthdays being so close:)


These are birthday party hats that Jaxon made for Carstons birthday. Jaxon can find an interesting use for anything. Who knew that diapers could be party hats.

Our baby girl is here!

Our baby girl is finally here!
McKenna Carter was born Monday Nov. 9Th, 2009
At 1:37pm She weighed 6lbs 11 oz. and is 18 inches long.
Everything went really well and after 5 hrs. of being at the hospital and one and a half pushes, our little girl was born. The boys can't get enough of her. We are all excited and just love her to pieces.





This is the boys coming to see their little sister. We held her up in the window so they could get a little peek since they were not allowed in the hospital.

Baby Shower

Have I ever mentioned that I have the most amazing mom & sisters ever!! They decided that since I was having a girl that I needed a baby shower. It felt kinda weird having a shower on my 4Th baby. It was a lot of fun and really good to see everyone and as you can tell they went all out. The decorations were so cute and the food was Delicious! (They did a pasta bar and yummy cupcakes) Thanks Mom, Brea, Stacey, Nichole and Brittany! I love you guys!! And thanks to everyone who came We appreciate your love and support.

Deer Hunt

We went out to Ophir for the deer hunt this week. Josh rode the horses up with my Uncle Dave, Jaxon & Hudson took the Ranger up with my mom and dad and Carston & I rode the 4 wheeler up.(Once we rolled out of bed and the sun was up:)) Before we could even get up there we got a call that Josh shot a deer. It is a 4 point and the boys were SO excited that their daddy shot a buck.

Corn Bellys

A couple of weeks ago on Josh's day off we decided to take the boys to Corn Bellys. We had a blast and it was such a nice day. It was so nice to have Josh to chase after the boys. I just don't have a ton of energy left anymore and I don't think that it would have been very smart for me to bounce around like Josh was. I love watching him with the boys. He is such an amazing dad!!

Skyler Jo

So Nichole had her baby yesterday. She is so cute and so small. She was 6 lb. 11 oz. and 18 inches long. She has been so alert and is just adorable. My boys loved her! It will be fun to see them with their own little sister. Congrats Nichole & Cody.

End of summer fun

Yesterday I looked out the window to find Jaxon & Hudson washing my car. They were so excited to do something nice for me. They said that they even used their pants to wipe it down:)


Later I found they had set up a drink stand. They emptied all of the drinks out of our fridge and sold them to the neighbors. They were so excited to make $4. The best part is that they were still in their underwear from washing my car:) It was really cute.
